It is possible to cancel a stay free of charge up to 30 days before your arrival.
No refunds within 30 days of the arrival date.

ARE MIRRORS DANGEROUS FOR WILDLIFE?

Being in symbiosis with nature is at the heart of this project. It is therefore essential for our team to ensure the safety and well-being of wildlife near dwellings.
 
That's why we decided to install visual markers made by Feather Friendly. These are placed on the outside of the mirror facades and allow birds and other animals to see the structure well. The markers are designed to avoid collisions without compromising the aesthetics of the dwellings or the view of the interior. This solution is tested and approved by the American Bird Conservancy and Flap Canada.
Our team also works with QuébecOiseaux for everything related to this aspect of the project. These guide us and have approved the choice of measures put in place.

The rate per night starts at $335 +txs and varies depending on the time of year. Please note that a minimum of 2 nights is required.

WHAT ACTIVITIES CAN YOU PRACTICE IN THE AREA?

The houses are located in the heart of Petite-Rivière-Saint-François, gateway to the greater Charlevoix region. You are actually 15 minutes from Baie-Saint-Paul and Le Massif ski resort.
 
At Petite-Rivière-Saint-François, as in the surrounding area, you can enjoy sliding, hiking, skating, skiing, biking, snowmobiling, helicopter rides, in addition to being able to discover a multitude of restaurants, microbreweries and producers in the region. As you head towards La Malbaie, you will also find other activities such as cruises, a Casino and golf courses. In short, the activities offered depend a lot on the season of your stay.

CAN WE PARK OUR VEHICLE?

Yes, a free parking space is available at the entrance of the site.

IS IT DIFFICULT TO ACCESS THE DWELLINGS?

Accepted Answer

Not at all. A short one-minute walk on the developed and secure paths will easily take you to your home. 
 
Entry to the houses is easy thanks to a secure key box. A code will be sent to you a few days before your arrival. You will thus be free of your movements and your time of arrival and departure.
